The Queensland Day All the Best program is being conducted by the State using Formidable Forms, a WordPress-based online form used to collect, store, and manage information submitted by users through a website. Information you provide using the Formidable Forms and WordPress platform may be stored securely outside of Australia. By volunteering your vote, you agree to such transfer. The contact details that you provide on the voting form may be used by the State to seek further information regarding your vote for the Queensland Day All the Best program and to notify you of upcoming events, initiatives and programs administered by the State. If you choose not to provide your name and contact details, we will not be able to count your vote or notifying you of upcoming events, initiatives and programs administered by the State.
You should be aware that information provided by you may be subject to disclosure under the Right to Information Act 2009 (the RTI Act). Your personal information will not be otherwise used or disclosed without your consent unless authorised or required by law.

The contact details you provide will be used only to administer the Competition, including verifying eligibility, seeking further information about the entry if required, and notification of a winner or highly commended recipient of the Competition.
If you do not provide the requested personal information, we will be unable to accept the entry. By agreeing to the 2026 Queensland Day Arts Competition – Conditions of entry and Terms and Conditions, the State may publish the entrant’s first name, age category, suburb, and entrant’s Work online or in promotional materials. Highly commended and winning entries may also be displayed publicly, including at the Brisbane Domestic Terminal BNE Gallery.
